Real Estate Alert Names Lucescu Realty as one of the most active real estate firms in the United States during 2018

LUCESCU REALTY, a market leading investment real estate brokerage firm, announced today that they have again been recognized by Real Estate Alert as one of the Top Retail-Property Brokers in the United States during 2018.

Criteria for the listing included brokers representing sellers in deals of at least $25 million. Some $21.7 Billion of retail properties worth at least $25.0 Million changed hands in 2018; down 1.6% from the prior years total of $22.1 Billion according to Real Estate Alerts Deal Database.

Lucescu Realty was ranked as the 7th most active brokerage firm in the country; including being 4th most active in California.
