LUCESCU REALTY Private Client Services Sells Retail Properties in Mission Viejo, CA and Lake Forest, CA

LUCESCU REALTY Private Client Services, a division of LUCESCU REALTY, a market leading investment real estate brokerage firm, announced today the sale of two retail properties in South Orange County for a total price of $16.3 Million. The Seller of both properties was a private real estate investor based in Los Angeles, CA.

The properties that were sold included a single tenant, Sprouts Grocery store, located in Mission Viejo, and a multi-tenant, retail center in Lake Forest. The Sprouts Grocery was a part of the Trabuco Hills Center, a Community Shopping Center, co-anchored by Petco and Party City, located across the street from Trabuco Hills High School. The sale price was $9.465 Million. The Buyer was a private individual based in Los Angeles, CA.

The other property sold was The Shops at Home Depot, located in Lake Forest. The Property is a 10,607 Square Foot, Strip Retail Building, that is a portion of a Community Shopping Center, anchored by Home Depot and 24 Hour Fitness, located at Lake Forest Drive and Highway 241. The sale price was $6,830,000. The Buyer was a private individual based in Orange County.
