LUCESCU REALTY, a market leading investment real estate brokerage firm, announced today that they have again been recognized by Real Estate Alert as one of the Top Retail Property Brokers in the United States during 2019. Criteria for the listing included brokers representing sellers in deals of at least $25 million.

Lucescu Realty was ranked as the 7th most active brokerage firm in the United States during 2019 as they handled several of the largest and most noteworthy disposition assignments throughout the western US on behalf of clients including Weingarten Realty, Macerich, and several others.

Noteworthy dispositions assignments included the sale of Jess Ranch Marketplace, a 750,000 square foot Community Shopping Center in Southern California on behalf of Weingarten Realty and Shadow Mountain Marketplace, a 350,000 square foot Community Shopping Center in Las Vegas, NV.
